This machine is suitable for dehydrated materials such as vegetables and Chinese medicinal materials that have high moisture content and do not allow high temperature drying.
The machine has fast drying speed, large evaporation capacity and good product quality. After drying, the dehydrated filter cake-like paste material should be made into granules or strips.
De-watering vegetable, particle feed gourmet powder, shredded coconut stuffing, organic color, compound rubber, acral fiber, medicine material, small wooden product, plastic product, aging and solidification for the electronic component and device.
The twist and hemp leaves are evenly distributed on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt generally uses 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, which is pulled by a transmission device and moved in the dryer. The dryer consists of several parts. For each part, hot air is circulated separately.
Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a dedicated exhaust fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air passes through a mesh belt covered with water to take away. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material characteristics.
The final product after the drying process will continuously fall into the material collector. The up and down circulation device can be installed freely according to user requirements. The number of segments can be selected according to production requirements.
